Southwest Virginia Governor’s School Science and Creativity in Motion Summer Camp

For rising 5th, 6th, and 7th graders June 17-21st. Immerse students in hands on activities in science and other fields. Enrollment is still open.

Camp Corral

Sponsored by Golden Corral, this one week free camp open to ages 8-15 for children of families with fallen, wounded, or disabled veterans or service members.

Math Science Innovation Center: Camp Innovation / Richmond VA

Summer programs for rising 4th -9th graders! 2013 Programs will be held July 15-19, July 22-26, and July 29-August 2. Also Camp Innovation for Rising 4th and 5th Graders at Harrowgate in Chester will be held during the same dates.

Children’s Museum of Richmond Summer Camps

Mad Science of Central Virginia

Explore how science affects the world around us through in-class discovery, exploration, outdoor games and physical activity, and hands-on applications of scientific principles! Check out the 5 unique camp themes for 2013; open to grades 1-6.

Virginia Space Flight Academy

Space Flight Adventure Camps include 6 day, 5 night residential camps for ages 11-15 located on near the Wallops Flight Facility (NASA) near Chincoteague Island. 2013 Camp Dates available July through August.
